Brad Strahan
Brad’s early career was focussed on understanding the processes of human development and change. He lectured and conducted research in academic positions, while at the same time running a clinical practice. Since the early 2000’s he has worked exclusively with organisations to apply the principles of human development and change.
Brad’s other passion is farming. He runs a successful Droughtmaster cattle operation in the Kilcoy region, north of Brisbane.
Dr Clint Strahan
Clint completed undergraduate studies in science and psychology then a PhD that delved into the topics of accountability and employee engagement. He has spent the last 10yrs applying his knowledge both as a consultant and a senior business leader. He ran highly effective recruitment and training & development departments in the insurance industry for 7yrs and brings that internal perspective to his work with clients. Clint loves working to align people strategies with business strategies.
Dr Danielle McCarthy
Danielle has an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep interest people and in helping them learn and deal with life’s challenges. She completed her Doctorate in psychology and founded one of the largest clinical practices on the Sunshine Coast in 2015. Dani knows what it takes to lead and to help people change and develop to their potential.
Danielle loves to explore new business ideas, work with local charities to make a difference to peoples lives, and spend time with her family.
